I've always had an interest in human anatomy, physiology and physical activity which brought me to my career in massage therapy in 2013. I graduated from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies Inc. in 2015 that led me to start my career as a Registered Massage Therapist with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada working out of Cathedral Sports Massage located in Regina for 6 years.

I am grateful to take the extra knowledge and experience I gained during the beginning of my career to my home based massage therapy practice and continue to focus on therapeutic and assessment based massage treatments.

 

I have training in Swedish style massage therapy, myofascial vacuum cupping and pregnancy massage.
